Leaking water heater

Sometimes there is only so much you can do to avoid water damage. This condo owner had water damage to his bedroom, bathroom and a hallway due to a leaking water heater in the unit above him. It caused significant damage. Water leaked through his ceiling and down his walls. Drywall had to be cut out in the ceiling and part of the walls so that everything could be properly dried. The vanity in the bathroom was not salvageable unfortunately and carpet also had to removed. The flooring in the bathroom also had to be removed. We will always try to restore items and materials if we can, but we also don’t want you to have issues down the road with mold. We will make sure the job is done properly.
